Everybody processes the determination algorithm always to the right from left.
1. the type of the axis of rotation determines,
(with presence of several axes of rotation one selects one as main or reference axis in the order of the following criteria:
a) highest n
b) geometrically particularly favorably
c) arbitrarily)
2. further symmetry elements according to the branches of the algorithm considers, whereby all refer these symmetry elements to the reference axis.
On the basis some examples we want to practice now the determination of the group of points of a molecule with the help of the algorithm.
